Gentle YogaThis practice is great for everyone, recommended if you are new to yoga or just getting back into it. A body and mind clearing introductory too postures and sequencing. Let the pain and stiffness melt away.
Chair YogaThis style allows you to follow the practice from a chair rather than being on the ground. Gentle yoga is a great way to gain strength and mobility, leaving you feeling refreshed and clear.
Yoga has been a part of my life for the past 9 years. I am continually practicing and studying all forms of yoga.
